Good Morning my bathroom loving readers, today I wanted to have a quick word about our process of validating commissions and why it can take a while for us to validate.

We allow people to select a delivery date whenever they want, a lot of the time this is as soon as possible but often people will buy the items at the start of a building / renovation project and have them delivered on schedule, or if they see that we’ve got something on offer in September and they have a week off in October, they will arrange for delivery at the start of that week, so they don’t have to store it..

By law (distance selling reg’s) our store has to offer a 7 day money back policy post delivery, so if you get any item and decide its just not the right style of magnolia, you can return it and we will say nothing more about it.

This does however lead to sometimes having a long period of time in the “pending” commission process, if you do feel that something has been pending for a quite a while then please feel free to contact me anytime (although I do request you keep the 3am phone calls to a minimum).
